Hey Alan - I now just tried that as well. That is really WILD! What an 
amazing list of Fun stuff to do. Including setting up an ODBC. And, just 
like that - we are back at Database systems talk instead of just playing 
games with the File Mangler! (Come on - who remembers using THAT 
nickname years ago???)

Actually - I thought Windows Key+D is the one that minimized ALL Windows!

But - FYI - Mike, I know he does it to reduce resource usage on the 
computer - like him shutting down the 3D Slicing app windows - of which 
I will have a number open - when I am working on multiple projects...

OMG Dude - Norton was GREAT

I remember MANY Eons ago - I used to carry a special floppy disk with me 
whereever I Went (Ok - Pun intended - as Wendt is my last name). And, 
Norton - JUST the NC.exe program (Norton Commander) was on there - as 
well as a couple of other tools. Don't remember the others - but, NC was 
AWESOME! Without - I would get PISSED OFF if I had to deal with JUST the 
DOS Commands (even though - of course, I was pretty much an expert at 
those!).

My text/folder diffing tool of choice, Araxis Merge, supports 3 way file/folder

manager. I think Rick Strahl recommended this a while back. I also liked 
PowerDesk back in the day but that's been discontinued and never made it to 
64bit iirc. Another one I tried for a while that wasn't bad is xplorer2.
