Seems that Qgis 3 package for mac is ready [1], but when you go to download 
page only LTR is available yet [2]. We'll need to have a little more patience…

Da quello che leggo, l'ambiente purtroppo non e' configurato bene. XCODE e'
stato installato correttamente?
Hai accettato i termini di licenza ?

Prova a eseguire questo schema:

1) Esegui: export PATH = / opt / local / bin: / opt / local / sbin: $ PATH e
successivamente esegui echo$ PATH di nuovo per confermare che la PATH è
stata modificata.

2) Apri una nuova finestra del terminale (Cmd-n) che eseguirà il file
.profile appena aggiornato e quindi tiene conto della PATH aggiornata che
include le directory corrette di MacPorts. Quindi continua  solo nella nuova
finestra del terminale che hai aperto.

3) Devi accettare la licenza Xcode prima di poter continuare con la build di
QGIS3

4) esegui sudo xcodebuild --license,  digita "accetta"

4b) oppure : apri Xcode come applicazione e accetta il contratto di licenza.

6) esegui sudo port install qgis3

Se il percorso non dovesse andare nuovamente a buon fine, ti consiglio di
reinstallare XCODE e MacPorts con una preventiva pulizia del sistema.

[Qgis-user] ERDAS ECW/JPEG2000 SDK

Hi

I've ploughed through the archives and read up to minute information to
2016 on ECW.

I reinstalled QGIS with all requirements from
http://www.kyngchaos.com/software/qgis

I installed ECW Plugin 2.1.1-2 from
http://www.kyngchaos.com/software/archive...
then went looking for ERDAS ECW/JPEG2000 SDK at
http://download.intergraph.com/download-portal but that site has
changed...and I explored there but could not find the SDK. Maybe things
have progressed since 2016-9-29 the date on the GDAL ECW Plugin ReadMe.

So I wonder where can I now find the the libNCSEcw.dylib file to copy to
the
   /Library/Application Support/GDAL/2.1/Libraries  ?

Or is there another work around so that I can open eww files in QGIS 2.18
on Mac OS X 10.11.6 ?

ho notato anche questa cosa, non se se sia normale
se riavvio il terminale e invio il comando ad esempio : sudo port clean 
python27  ;
mi restituisce questo : sudo: port: command not found

quindi devo digitare nuovamente export 
export PATH=/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:$PATH
➜  ~ echo $PATH 
/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/local/bin

ma dopo : 

➜  ~ $PATH

[QGIS-it-user] Mac OS 10.3.3 e QGIS 2.18.5_ problema servizi wms

Salve, utilizzo QGIS 2.18.5 su Mac OS hight sierra 10.3.3 riscontro problemi
con i servizi wms (connessione scaduta, oppure, download capabilities non
riuscito) nel 90 % dei casi non riesce a connettersi, anche se lo stesso
progetto aperto su windows visualizza correttamente il servizio wms.
in particolare ho fatto le seguenti prove per capire dove fosse il problema:
-creo un nuovo progetto con un unico layer, creo un nuovo layer wms ,
incollo l'url e faccio connetti, appare immediatamente la lista dei sotto
servizi, scelgo il servizio wms, qgis lo carica e lo visualizza; 
-se aggiungo un livello semplice come ad esempio un poligono di confine
sopra , il servizio wms riesce ad aggiornarsi 
-se aggiungo ulteriori livelli (shp di vario tipo, esempio delle ctr)
l'aggiornamento del wms mi riporta a l'errore citato in precedenza, se provo
a cancellare il wms  e crearlo un'altro identico, nuovo> nome, copio il
l'url> connetto.. la sotto lista non compare immediatamente ma serve molto
più tempo una volta scelto il tipo strato e aggiunto alla mappa mi riporta
all'errore di prima (registro errori che riporto in fondo al topic)



inoltre quando utilizzo il pan per muovermi all'interno del Canvas e attendo
l'aggiornamento del layer wms, le ventole del MacBook Pro si girano al
massimo

Ciao Tony75,
la configurazione della path è corretta.

Se segui il tutorial non dovresti aver problemi.
Gli errori di checksum sono gestibili attraverso le procedure di cleaning
sulla porta.

Buon QGIS 3!

[Qgis-user] QGIS plugins missing, Part 2 - Antivirus problem

First of all I would like to thank Etiennne,  Randal and all the others for
their quick response. It is reassuring to know that there is always
somebody in the QGIS community that will try to help you.
Finally after three days I found the source of the problem. My ANTIVIRUS
PROGRAM (AVAST) WAS BLOCKING the whole thing. By telling it "hey this is
OK" I now have all the Plugins. So if anybody should have this problem this
is the solution.

I am now a happy man because QGIS is fully operational and because I was so
"smart".

Then follow the Readme file with the GDAL ECW Plugin from

So I did all that, now how do I load this external (?) plugin and use it to
open a file?

[Qgis-user] Auxillary storage fields and field calculator

Hi,

I have a postgis dataset that currently has sets of label x , y and rotations 
for different projects. Moving to QGIS 3 I would like to remove these fields 
and use auxillary storage instead. 
I have created the auxillary storage fields and I would like to use the field 
calculator to copy the data from the label_x fields in the potgis dataset into 
the new fields. When I try to "Update existing field" the auxillary storage 
fields are not listed. I can use them as inputs to an expression but not as 
outputs. 
I couldn't find this discussed so not sure if this is a known limitation.
