*hugs all round* It's cool. There are a couple of orders I have screwed up. There are three orders that I know about so far which were shipped but not received, or shipped and the tracking shows delivered, but the person never received the package. There's also a large, heavy package I have been sitting on to send to Rich at RWAP. I have been away for a few weeks, having summer fun. I have a few emails mixed in with hundreds (was thousands) of spam emails. I got thousands of spam emails over a month ago when someone used my domain name for a spam attack and I got all the bounces from all over. Now I am getting the 1 month giving up bounces for lots of undeliverable spam. It's taken me a few hours over two days to get through the mailbox and delete all the spam and start replying to all the legitimate mail. To be clear - ANYONE who hasn't received their package, for whatever reason, is being offered a re-shipment with tracking, OR a full refund. Hi Kenn I have being trying the contact Dave Park over the last 48 hours with no luck at all. I am told he is there. I have receipted e-mails, but again no reply. I have been using his QL-Users e-mail and the e-mail service on his web site. You may have seen my e-mail on QL-User asking him to contact me, still no responce.
