[qmailtoaster] outgoing smtp servers.

2020-08-19 Thread Erald (nnservices)
I have the qmail toaster installed and using MAC mail. That was working
perfectly for the outgoing mail however since recently one by one the outgoing
mail is giving me problems.
For some reason some of the accounts do not work anymore and giving me a the
error that the server cannot be contacted. When I use another outgoing mail
account it works.

When I deinstall the account and after restarting of the mail and add it again
it is working again.

I cannot find anything in the logs and not sure why this is happening since
been working perfectly for a long time and now all my outgoing server client
accounts one by one fail. Dejecting another outgoing server account and the
mail goes out. (same server etc)
Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

[qmailtoaster] Bind patch to route email via another network interface

2020-03-19 Thread Erald (nnservices)
I found in the archives some years ago talking about the
qmail-1.03-bind-interface.patch to reroute all or some traffic via another
network interface. However I do not see it implemented.

Will this be implemented sometime? I could use it.
If someone has instructions on how to patch this I would be grateful.

Re: [qmailtoaster] DKIM problem.

2020-03-18 Thread Erald (nnservices)
Actually I did.. Tested it again with webmail and this is working. Is there any
way to get this working correctly with apple mail? Are there any other mail
programs which do not work (I know about round cube text)

Thank you

[qmailtoaster] DKIM problem.

2020-03-16 Thread Erald (nnservices)
I have followed the instructions on the page
http://www.qmailtoaster.net/dkim.html
The global domain keys are working but when I add an domain key for one of my
domains it indicates me a fail (signature doesn't verify) when testing. The
key is there but seems it cannot verify.

My config

Am confused about the smtp.tcp and think something is wrong there
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"
:allow,BADMIMETYPE="",BADLOADERTYPE="M",CHKUSER_RCPTLIMIT="50",CHKUSER_WRONGRCPTLIMIT="10",NOP0FCHECK="1",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan",DKQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.orig",DKVERIFY="DEGIJKfh",DKSIGN="/var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/private"

This because I have an old /var/qmail/control/domainkeys/%/ directory but not
for the domain I am trying to get working.

What am I missing
