Opinion surveys are not often accurate. Most are simple tools to push an agenda 
where the poll is just another way to use numbers to back up a lie. You got to 
take them with a grain of salt even when they are trying to be accurate.

Yes...THEY should be finding answers to the questions posed.  By asking
different individuals... they will get biased or possibly untrue, therefore
slanted, information.  Specifically because of the actual questions they're
asking.  It is their job to be doing it.  They should not be asking others
to do their job.  That happens so frequently these days because of laziness
or you name it.

There was a CMS list of nursing homes that are not in compliance with  
Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
A total of 131 across the USA, by State, by Name.  Get a copy of that  list 
and you will know where to start.
