Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] SB Radio won't power up, but is ticking?

2014-09-19 Thread rpress

Oh I remembered wrong, it was 1.5V not 1.2V. Anyway here's the part
number: LP2985AIM5-1.5/NOPB It doesn't sound like this is your problem,
though, it's probably a supply further upstream.

To diagnose why something is drawing too much power I usually just leave
it powered for a bit with a constant-current supply, and then I just
feel around to see what part is too hot. Dollars to donuts the hot part
is the one that has failed.

[SlimDevices: Radio] Wrong time on Radio

2014-09-19 Thread Justme

Hello,
I have a Squeezebox Radio running on the Logitech Media Server (Logitech
Media Server Version: 7.7.2 - r33893 @ Wed Mar 14 06:37:22 MDT 2012)

Until last week, everything was fine, but this week I installed a new
NAS (QNAP TS-453 Pro) with the Media Server app installed. Previously
this was on an older QNAP NAS with the same version Media Server
(7.7.2)

Since then, the clock on the radio has the wrong time (one hour fast).
What is odd is that I have three Squeezebox devices, a Boom, SB2 and
this radio. The Boom and the SB2 both have the right time, only the
radio doesn't. I can't for the life of me work out where to correct
this.

Does anyone have an idea?
