Moving To A Courser Pipeline

the current pipeline is very fine with claims pushing up individually,
with potentially many claims for each subject. i think it'd probably be
easier to understand if the pipeline were courser, with each resource
collecting claims (and other meta-data) during analysis then being
passed as a unit to the reporting subsystem.

Would be good - basically the pipeline readers are doing nothing than
collecting anyways.
