I just received a black Riv cap too, and like you it fit odd on my narrow melon. Confused since it's the same Pace cap as all my others. I took a gamble and threw it in the wash on a hot setting and dried itnow it fits great. YMMV but for me it shrunk out the excessive depth of the thing. I could pull it down over my ears prior. [RBW] FS: new Riv black cap and twofish pump holder
Swung by Bike Book Hatchet today to pick up a few things. Such a fun shop and Vince was super helpful and kind. Two items won't work out - a black Riv cap (poor fit for my narrow head) and the Twofish pump holder (the intended frame routes the rear brake cable below the top tube, which interferes with the Twofish holder). I'd like to send both the cap and pump holder to a new home for $18 including shipping via USPS.
