[Repeater-Builder] Another Astron failure

Have an old Astron RS35A supply that I installed their OVP circuit about a 
year ago as a safety measure. Been working fine until now. Normal amp draw 
20 amps. OVP circuit now trips easily. Checked collector solder joints as 
WW8RR (I think) suggested, they are fine.No load ripple about 150 mv and 
with a 20 amp load it jumps up to 150 mv and looks like a half wave 
positiverectification pulse. Regulation fine, don't getsuper hot, 
just has become very nervous about OVP trip.Installed values for RX1 20 
ohm and RX3 10K.They were vacant prior to OVP trip problem. 
Any suggestions?
