Hi- If like our's- The front and back are keyed the same- The back can be replaced for about 5-7 bucks with another lock. That's what the local safe-cracker told me.Just had the same cab keyed.TKS,Jerry W8KQDon Wisdom [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Unfortunatly someone broke the rear lock to get in the cabinet. RE: [Repeater-Builder] Mastr II Cabinet
Yep - keyed in the center, then pops out a twist handle to open the cabinet door. BTW - the same key operates the lock on the rear door - not a twist handle lock. If worse comes to worse, you could always stick a screwdriver above the hinge pin and see if you can depress it and release the door... I never push the spring-loaded toggle back against the door - just in case I forget my keys! :-) Mark - N9WYS -Original Message- From: Repeater-Builder@yahoogroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Don Wisdom Sent: Wednesday, February 22, 2006 11:36 PM To: Repeater-Builder@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [Repeater-Builder] Mastr II Cabinet Do you guys have the same type of lock i was describing ? --Don On 2/22/06, [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Likewise, for my 100W and 200W GE MASTR II cabinets - a GE1000 key. Yes, it was indeed something like a vending machine lock - I just had never thought of it as such, but htat's a good description.
