actually programs the changes and arranges the tech's for setup.
Summary of Ideal Candidate:
This can be a junior resource. Might be a fit for a help desk or desktop
tech. The person should have a basic understanding of the different levels of
fiber, switches and routers. This person should understand the basics of TCIP
and how LAN/WANs interact. They may design (using Visio or similar tool) to
diagram the phone, internet, IP protocols, LAN, and WAN. Does not need to
know how to execute the changes or process, but be able to draw it out.
This person can have basic knowledge of what is listed above and then can be
trained by staff.

telecommunications devices, networks and systems, such as; voice, Internet,
