*Responsibilities*
Experience of working as an Change
§ Planning, Protection and Optimization ITIL Service Capability
qualification. alternatively the completion of the Service Lifecycle ITIL
modules - Intermediate qualification
§ Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within
limits of costs and business direction
§ A good understanding of the organization’s IT infrastructure, services
provided and customers/users
§ Proven experience of data analysis and good numeracy, analytical and
reporting skills
§ Knowledge and use of ITSM tools suite
§ Strong exposure in key aspects of IT infrastructure, including desktop
hardware, enterprise applications, databases, storage, networks and all
types of servers
§ Practical experience of IT Service Management in a complex IT operations
environment
*Role Description *
Experience in driving Major incident/problem/change processes
§ Proven ability to build and manage relationships in a matrix environment
§ Experience of working as a service level manager in a multivendor
environment
§Release manager in a multivendor environment
