 Probably not as it need to be at least redistributable.
 You can still ask google for an eventual agreement for rpmfusion to
 redistribute googleearth,

 Ack,

 If there is someone who is willing to do the work on this wrt packaging
 I know someone at google (who has nothing todo with googleearth) and I
 can ask him to put me into contact with someone who can make a decision
 about giving us redistribution permission.

 I must say it would be cool to have googleearth packaged up, last time I
 checked it needed some fixing to work on Fedora (some selinux context
 stuff),
 and it would be nice to offer a good out of the box experience.

 If someone wants it, here's a specfile I use personally:

This seems still ge4. have you tried with ge5 ?

libssl.so.0.9.8{g,k} is present in F-10 F-11, but it shouldn't matter
as the real SONAME for this library is libssl.so.7.

Hi!

What's wrong with google's own repository?

Repository Contents

* Picasa for Linux 2.7
* Google Desktop Linux 1.2

No Google Earth in there.

The issue of bundled libs needs ironing out, though (nothing in Fedora
provides libssl.so.0.9.8).

I haven't the GoogleEarth license in mind.

Last time I've checked, Ville Skytta did some experiments, maybe they
still remain on his personal repository.

Once that said, having a nosource rpm package redistributed by
rpmfusion would be awesome.
As the same with the flash-plugin, we could eventually redistribute
such nosource rpm within the SRPM rpmfusion_nonfre repository. I
don't know if this could be handled properly from the builder side.

Among other sections, this section of licensing is a bit tricky:

Use of Software. For an individual end user, the Software is made available
to and may be used by you only for your personal, non-commercial use
