Okay so it means sox*-freeworld will need to be discarded from the RPM
Fusion "GA" repository and will be made available as a regular update.
Can you properly track this request to a bugzilla blocking # f23 blocker
bugs.

For the info, having to read all singles messages for off-topic issue is
really exhausting.
Can't you just report a bug and block #3799

I will not bump the spec, only build a .fc23 version of the latest spec.
So there is no provenpackager needs to handle this.

Hi,

Dne sobota 7. listopadu 2015 18:20:59 CET, Sérgio Basto napsal(a):

4 - packages without fc22 or fc23 tag:
cat listall.txt | grep -vP "fc22|fc23"
Only ufoai-data-2.4-1 and ufoai-data-server-2.4-1

note that there is new upstream version which should go to Fedora as the
license issues were cleaned up

unfortunately, the review request[*] got stuck; shame on me, but I have
other priorities than playing games :-/ - helping hands highly welcome

until there's some progress, it'd be nice if we can keep at least the old
version ... the datafiles are without disttag to save space, these do not
change between fedora versions

I have scripts in my vm with F23 to determinate what we need rebuild ,
I'll try send the list this afternoon.

Also got some other information about package that are missing (not
enter) in F22 and F23 , because, I think, they won't build in new koji
system .

1- query all rpmfusion package and date it :
repoquery --archlist=i386,i686
--disablerepo=rawhide,fedora\*,updates\*,peem-kde4-fedora,sergiomb-vboxfor23 -a --qf
"%{buildtime:isodate} %{name}-%{version}-%{release}" > listall.txt

2 - all build times of package with tag fc23 are after 2015-10-24 , so no need
to rebuild:
cat listall.txt | grep fc23 | sort -nr

3 - packages to rebuild (are the packages with fc22 tag):
cat listall.txt | grep fc22 | cut -b 21- | xargs repoquery --source | sort -u
after pipe with perl -pe 's/-\d.*?-\d+(\..*)?\.fc\d+(\..*)?.src.rpm//' we got
the list in attachment

4 - packages without fc22 or fc23 tag:
cat listall.txt | grep -vP "fc22|fc23"
Only ufoai-data-2.4-1 and ufoai-data-server-2.4-1 more buildsys and
releases packages

Sergio, Thanks for generating the list (attached to Sergio's original mail) but
I do not
think this is what Nicolas had in mind, AFAICT Nicolas only wants to rebuild
packages
which must be rebuilt due to c++ ABI changes and keep the rest as is. So not
rebuild
all packages which have not been rebuild yet.

Thanks but I thought that is to follow Fedora and it was all packages
[1], I ask that at the time.

Anyway, Nicolas mention an provenpackager, I don't mind take care of the
mass rebuild , just need some instructions and the OK from Nicolas.

Another topic, that I not take care, is the packages that need matching
their fedora counterpart , can someone list it ? , are they only all
freeworld packages ? or we have exceptions ?

I think that *freeworld is a good start, I do not know any exceptions from
the top of my head. If anyone knows of any exceptions please speak-up now.

Hans

Audacity-freeworld is mine.

The most recent release 2.1.1 is in f22 updates, but it appears only
2.0.6 is in F23 -free.

I've bee building git alpha audacity on Fedora COPR, but it's still some
time before 2.1.2 release (which requires wxgtk3).

I could be swayed either way in just getting 2.1.1 build for f23
rpmfusion, or going straight to the alpha (which is getting close to
release) ?

ps: where is list of proven packagers we can submit changes to ?

Dave.

I know sox-plugins-{freeworld,nonfree} need to be updated for F22+ but it
requires a patch to expose two more private symbols (after upstream hid
them in 14.4.2). I have contacted Fedora sox maintainers but haven't gotten
a response yet. I actually submitted a bug upstream but it has gotten
*ZERO* response so I spent 3 hours figuring it out which my $DAYJOB

1- query all rpmfusion package and date it :
repoquery --archlist=i386,i686
--disablerepo=rawhide,fedora\*,updates\*,peem-kde4-fedora,sergiomb-vboxfor23 -a
--qf "%{buildtime:isodate} %{name}-%{version}-%{release}" > listall.txt

2 - all build times of package with tag fc23 are after 2015-10-24 , so no need
to rebuild:
cat listall.txt | grep fc23 | sort -nr

3 - packages to rebuild (are the packages with fc22 tag):
cat listall.txt | grep fc22 | cut -b 21- | xargs repoquery --source | sort -u
after pipe with perl -pe 's/-\d.*?-\d+(\..*)?\.fc\d+(\..*)?.src.rpm//' we got
the list in attachment

4 - packages without fc22 or fc23 tag:
cat listall.txt | grep -vP "fc22|fc23"
Only ufoai-data-2.4-1 and ufoai-data-server-2.4-1 more buildsys and
releases packages

Last note multilibs have problems, for example x265 [1] , to workaround
this issue, I had repoquery i386 arch with --archlist=i386,i686
