Assist with the root cause analysis of incidents for SharePoint 2013 and
SharePoint 2016.

Assist with the deployment and setup of SharePoint monitoring solutions.

Help with the configuration and execution of SharePoint backup and restore
implementations.

Ensure that system hardware, operating systems and application
configurations support SharePoint applications and enhancements with
respect to service readiness.

Work on the design, implementation, and support of new and future
application architectures in a matrix organization that includes SharePoint
Administrators, Developers and the SharePoint Global Lead.

Background and experience supporting multi-tier SharePoint infrastructures.

Experience on tasks configuration and automation via PowerShell.

Excellent communication skills.

Advanced English (written and verbal).

Availability to attend out of regular office hours calls.

Availability to participate on the weekend on-call rotation supporting
production incidents.

Experience and understanding of SharePoint shared services farm
configuration required.

Strong understanding and experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, SQL
Server 2012/2014/2016, IIS administration, Active Directory, Firewalls,
Windows 7 or above and Office 2016.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues in a
mission-critical environment.

Familiarity with formal change management processes through the SDLC and
incident tracking processes.

Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required
standards, methods and procedures

General Windows Server and networking knowledge will be a plus.
