path", or "may way" so imagine a realse name "Sabily Hamim" --> "my path 
Hamim"!!!   May Allah save us from hell fire...did you see what brother Ahmed 
means by not using these places?

So, you decide to discuss about the codename back soon...
As you mention 'Ojuba' project already use place name, so we should consider 
other thing. 
In my mine, why we should only think place in this world? Why not we think 
place or things that have at the next world? Which mention some in the Holy 
Quran.
Since we get name 'Sabily' from Quran, why don't get codename from Quran too? 
In this case also, we will get close to Quran and always thinking about 
'Judgement Day'. I think Sabily direction also very clear which is to make 
Muslim always think about Islam while they use computers.
So I had think some for example, Salsabil, Illiyiin, Sijjiin, Tasnim, Kauthsar, 
Hamim and many more. In this case also, someone will refer to Quran to search 
better codename for Sabily.
For the easiest way where I think to make codename for our local Sabily distro 
(in Malaysia) is just to use Surah name for codename start from Al-Fatiha. So 
we already have 114 codename. Each release will be related to the Surah. I'm 
not sure is there any problem if use Surah name.
Maybe somebody have their own idea about codename. Soon we will discuss about 
it.

Good answer brother Meorbu :) just for codename and gnome3 we should open a new 
thread for each subject.
For gnome3 for this relaese, and for codename from next release (since for this 
release we have a name Uhud). I know that we discussed that subject (codename) 
a lot of times and finally get a decision but as I see a lot of people don't 
agree with this naming rule, and so I propose to start thinking about a new 
thing (not a places name in the Muslim world since this rule is used in 
http://www.ojuba.org project)..well we will discuss that late inshalla in a 
separate thread...

Gaza, 10.04 Manarat and 10.10 Al Quds.


Now Sabily team already decide to use important history of Islamic which is 
Prophets Battles.
For example now is 11.04 Badr, next 11.10 Uhud. After that should be 
al-Khandaqh, Quraidhah, al-Mustaliqh, 
Khaybar, al-Fath' and so on...

About the book, very nice if you can spread it. You can ask help from Bro Cak 
Anas for a real and correct fact about Sabily to write on your book.


In Malaysia we also make it. But the problem is we don't have so many volunteer 
to participate then our project is slightly in slow progress. Anyway some 
manual in Malay language already spread to new user.

Regarding Gnome 3, you can install it to Sabily if they decide not to use it. 
Anyway, Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric had use it.

decide the codename for the next release.
Sabily team already use codename by Muslim place for example 9.04 Taibah, 9.10 
Gaza, 10.04 Manarat and 10.10 Al Quds.
Now Sabily team already decide to use important history of Islamic which is
