*Job Description:*

Onsite scanning of Real Estate files which consist of:

(2) 4-drawer lateral file cabinets

13 boxes

Approximately 1,000 sheets of Large format files that include blueprints
and maps

Include a spreadsheet of the files to use for cross-reference.  The
spreadsheet should contain the file name and the document date at the
minimum.

AVS will provide laptops, network drives, and network access.  AVS will not
provide a scanner.

Scanning Work Activities:

Prepping the documents

Converting hardcopy files into electronic .PDF files stored onto the AVS
DOA network

Returning the hardcopy files to their original state
