Where applicable, program testing automation using testing tools for such testing scenarios. *Requirements: * - 3+ years of technical expertise building and support custom applications built in BMC’s Remedy AR software platform. - Excellent skills in problem solving, client interaction, communication, and presentation. - Deep understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle. - Extensive background in client/server and three-tier system architecture. - Minimum of 7 years of system analysis, process design and project/product development, with a good mix of functional and technical expertise. - Complete understanding of the quality assurance process, test methodologies, and software quality management principles.
