-  Digital Data Analyst Specialist

The Digital QA Specialist’s primary duties to include, but are not limited
to:

• Responsible for data quality to ensure the continued integrity of
digital data (i.e., websites, mobile apps, mobile web, single page app)

• Establish Automation processes for data implementation and
tracking

• Validate pre and post production analytics, tagging, and data
integrity

•  Work daily with Analytics Implementation Team to collaborate on
data architecture, solution design, and tagging techniques

• Willing to learn and be part of a fast paced, virtual cutting
edge team

• Work with Anthem QA and IT Teams, establish pre and post testing



Mandatory requirements:

• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, debugging tools, tag
management and Web protocols across desktop, mobile web and mobile
applications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience with ObservePoint or other similar digital property
audit or QA software solutions

• Familiarity with solution design, tag implementation, tool
integration, testing and optimization, for Adobe Analytics (formerly
Omniture SiteCatalyst)

• Familiarity with Tag Management tools such as Adobe Dynamic Tag
Manager, Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, or Tealium

• Exposure to Agile working environments and Scrum teams a plus

• JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, Sharepoint, ObservePoint, Developer
Console, and debugging tools

As a Senior Data Analyst, will work directly with the client user community
and business analysts to define and document data requirements as the
foundation for database design, data extraction, analysis or cleansing.

Determining and documenting data mapping rules for movement of data between
applications or for population of new databases.



*Additional Responsibilities:*



Adhere to and promote the use of data administration standards

Support data selection, extraction, and cleansing for corporate
applications, including data warehouse and data marts

Create and sustain processes, tools, and on-going support structures that
enable reuse and efficiency

Investigate and resolve data issues across platforms and applications,
including discrepancies of definition, format and function

Create and populate meta-data into repositories

Responsible for coding, testing, and creating customer-level tables that
can be used to generate reports and ad-hoc analyses

Ensure that the reporting team has the tables needed for accurate and
consistent customer data reporting by product

Bundle data where information must be compiled on multiple consumer products



*Responsibilities may also include:*

Create data models, including robust data definitions, which may be
entity-relationship-attribute models, star, or dimensional models

Create data flow diagrams and process models and integrates models across
functional areas and platforms

Employ data mining techniques to achieve data synchronization, redundancy
elimination, source identification, data reconciliation, and problem root
cause analysis

Quality control and auditing of databases, resolving data problems, and
analyzing system changes for quality assurance
