Hey, that's no problem seriously! Actually, blame Martin! :) He's the one who posted the Dr. Who website, and when I was there looking at the Characters section, the blurb revealed some spoilers about the 2005 Doctor versus the 2006 Doctor. -Original Message- From: scifinoir2@yahoogroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Cat Corley Sent: Sunday, March 19, 2006 14:30 To: scifinoir2@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [scifinoir2] Dr. Who Premieres on Sci Fi Channel Friday Night! RE: [scifinoir2] Dr. Who Premieres on Sci Fi Channel Friday Night!
Both great shows. Are you a big B5 fan? I loved that series, especially the way they did cool things like changing the opening theme music every year. The music went from thrilling and indicative of wonderment, to martial during the Shadow/Earthgov war years (complete with a symbol with a sword through it). My fav was Season 5, when it was a cool summary opening with key lines from previous seasons: G'Kar saying No one here is exactly what they seem...the Admiral saying Commander Sinclair is being assigned...the First One's Why are here? What do you want?... Sheridan's yelling at the Vorlon and Shadows Now get the hell out of our galaxy, and etc. That opening actually got me emotional every time it played, it was so full of sadness and excitement, the remembrance of the journey we'd taken with the B5 gang through the years. Wow. You know, the only long running scifi series that comes close to B5 in terms of depth, complexity, an amazing growth of characters and plots, is, ironically, Deep Space Nine: the show JMS claims was a ripoff of B5. -Original Message- From: scifinoir2@yahoogroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Cat Corley Sent: Sunday, March 19, 2006 04:36 To: scifinoir2@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [scifinoir2] Dr. Who Premieres on Sci Fi Channel Friday Night!
