thought they acted as if they'd just met, so why wasn't Superman shocked at the
fact that Marvel was a kid? I was amazed that Superman went off his gourd like
that. I guess that was the point, that Luthor was a known evil and Superman
really felt he was saving lives. Still, to see that whole town destroyed was
rough. Maybe this was actually the needed wakeup call for the League, both to
watch themselves (remember the alternate reality Justice
Lords started out doing good, then ended up murderous tyrants) and to start
fighting back. I'd think Batman and the Question would be invaluable in that
sort of fight.

The conspiracy I alluded to is coming full force, isn't it? I was surprised
when the general was so upset at the League satellite having the capability to
fire a powerful weapon at Earth (in the episode where the League fought that
ship that kept creating bio-organic creatures). I wondered if something would
come of that, but look at what they're doing now: Luthor, Waller, generals,
mad scientists, even Professor Hamilton, all part of a plan to control or
eliminate the League!

This season of JLU has been terrific.

Have you seen the latest episode The Clash? Superman and Captain
Marvel duke it out in one of the best superhero fights I've seen in
a while. Lots of mayhem and collateral damage.

The episode also hammers it home that Superman, the Justice League
and the world are changing. Captain Marvel reminds Supes of what he
used to be and it really bothers him. He's lost his innocence and he
can never get it back.

From what I hear the final four episodes of the season will be
quiteinteresting.
