It's hooked up to a wifi router, yeah. I keep a netbook in the downstairs area and a laptop in the bedroom in addition to having a work laptop. Adrianne, i have an LG too. once u turn it on hit the home key on the remote. mine is blue. u should see 7 cubes suspended in water. they should be labeled: Movie - Photo - Music - Home Link - Netcast - Input - Setup. it is 'Netcast' that u want 2 scroll to. after u hit enter, u should see: Netflix - Vudu - CinemaNow - MLB.tv - YouTube Videos - Pandora - napster - Picasa - AccuWeather.com. click on Netflix. also, on your laptop go to: www.netflix.com/LG that is where u will start your free 30 trial.
