I don't, but the place to ask is the k-12 forum in moodle.org so
that's what I did:

   http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=127184

There is also the 'Moodle Exchange':
http://moodle.org/course/view.php?id=15 lots of courses in the 'Course
Exchange' section.

There was also a good thread about this a few months ago in another
Moodle forum but I cannot find it. Martin Dougiamas was asking for
good sample courses (Helen, can you remember the thread title or
something to search for?).

cheers,

I followed up on reading your request and went to the Open Univeristy of UK.
Downloaded a few of their units and they are now Zap into the school server for
outside testing by interested individuals.

Course listing:

http://labspace.open.ac.uk/course/index.php

What is needed is to locate moodle course develop for young children. I agree
that it is great to have a few samples so that teachers can understand the
working of it.

This is another good resource:

2 places to look:
linux-for-education.org
openlearn.open,ac.uk

A whíle back I was working on converting some paper based math
materials with Albert Calahan, but like so many of these things, time
was not really on my side, and I kinda let Albert down. I hope I get
some more time soon, so pick that back up, now that
linux-for-education.org is up
