I agree with Thaths unsurprisingly. Debbie and I use one of the simple
timer/tracker apps (insight timer) and it's working well for us, but
anything that gets you into a regular practice is good.

I wish I had a way to tell the app "add  to the duration
every " like "10 seconds per day" or "one minute per week."

Just sit!

As a Tamil Kannadiga, he is spot on. Sometimes I find the activism here a
little petty, as he has so eloquently put. The last time there was a
Cauvery issue, around 1992, it was much more violent. Thankfully, it has
been reasonably peaceful this time.

Just chanced upon fellow silk lister Thejaswi Udupa's piece on the right
sort of activism that's needed in Karnataka. A gentle piece that makes many
