Or that the ISP provides the wrong IP address of the person who posted these pictures, resulting in the wrong person being jailed for 50 whole days? I would certainly hope he's proceeding with legal action against both the ISP and the government. Not worth it. Amount of money he's likely to get at court will be tiny. Not worth the hassle of several years of court hearings. Could try to negotiate some kind of settlement out of court but what will he threaten Airtel with? Not the court. And they've already got the bad publicity.. B

There's a degree of pretentiousness involved in most of those places that's frankly off-putting, at least for me. How about a resort hotel type place .. Bala's lodge wherever it is on the road to Ooty. Or somewhere else of that sort?
