Re: CS Stamina formula: BCC and Mozilla vs MS

2007-03-13 Thread Rowena
Oh, Dan, I hadn't realised. I did the same thing the other day with
grandchild pics to all my friends; at least that one was private, not
published.

What has happened is that we have changed from MS to Mozilla and
Firefox, and some of the differences catch me. One is having to
specially remember to go and look for the BCC box, down to the third
line down with no reminder; on MS the BCC line was there in front of me
on the top address section, and it was easier to remember. I just HATE
having people's addresses show up on my mail - hey everyone, here are
all my friends, why not come and send them some junk mail? I do hope
this has not happened often. It is certainly not what I want to happen.

The other thing I haven't mastered is getting Mozilla Thunderbird to put
my incoming mail into my boxes automatically. Some of you guys who have
pioneered using Mozilla and recommended it to the rest of us may be able
to help me. I have tried several times to set rules for the messages to
go to their correct boxes, but so far nothing has worked, so all my mail
comes in to one mail box, and every now and then I have to sort the
posts out and put them manually into, for instance, my CS file, and so
on. At least I have cut down my groups dramatically, and now only have
the ones I simply cannot bear to part with. But it is an absolute pain
having them all come in the same box. There might be one I need to
answer, and if it is in a sea of ordinary posts, I might not see it
for ages.

Who has the Knowledge on getting the mail sorted into the right boxes on
Mozilla Thunderbird, folks?

And Dan, thanks for alerting me to the fact. I caught myself in time
several times, got it wrong only once to my knowledge, but now I realise
I might have done it more than once. Grrr!

The e-mail of all these individuals also shows up. A better way to do

it is to send the e-mail to one person (the silver-list, or in other
cases maybe even yourself since your e-mail address is going to be shown
at any rate) and the rest should be included under the:

Bcc or Blind (carbon) Copy.

This means that they will all get the message, but that no-one else will
see that they received it or get access to their e-mail addresses.

I took Utopia Silver for a while several years ago. It had a yellow hue
to it and at that time I believe it was made by adding baking soda or
salt, but I'm not sure which and I don't know if they've changed it
since. I believe the owner (is it Bob?) used to be on this list. Nice

Carlene,

I appreciate your using this sight and your right to express your impression
of SOTA Instruments; however, I want to suggest that you look a bit further
and give SOTA the opportunity to be as helpful as possible. I have found
their products very useful and effective and their personnel to be very
helpful and courteous. Please remember Carlene, that the Canadian govt. does
not give SOTA the freedom and leeway that you and I have in our USA; similar
to our FDA, FTC and other government agencies who are supposed to represent
you and I (the people) and in reality represent only the AMA and World wide
Pharmaceutical Companies. FDA allows you to make, take and sell EIS IF you
DO NOT make ANY medical claims--If you do, they'll shut you down and put you
out of business; which is why each person contributing information need to
have a Disclaimer that the advice is NOT to be treated as medical advice and
that if you need medical advice to see a Doctor.

I appreciate your kind words regarding the Experts on this fine SITE who are
so generous and willing to share their valuable expertise to Us Seekers.

I bought one of their original alternating current generators ten years ago
for about $30. It makes EIS and has an attachment for zapping. My Silver
Pulser arrived with almost no instructions for use; it did call for a pinch
of salt in the distilled water. In fairness to S.I., that was how many
people were making EIS at the time. I have found the people at Sota
Instruments to be courteous, although not as knowledgeable, in my opinion,
as the members of the Silver List. I have learned everything I know about
EIS from this list. I also don't find the information on their website and
in their documentation particularly helpful.

I now make what I consider to be good EIS with my Silver Pulser after
several months of trial and error and with a lot of help from the people on
this list.

One person's experience with Sota Instruments.

...the silverpuppy site has a nice one for a good price. cool looking too.

i shopped stirrers w/ hotplates on ebay for quite awhile while broke and
after experimenting with a hotplate decided that part isn't worth the money
since it works best to start out with the water hot but let it cool during
the brew process...so i opted for a mag stirrer alone, and would've bought
one from silverpuppy except i lucked into a great deal on one with speed
control for the same money...ebay works for me, especially when sellers
don't know how to best time their auctions' end times and other little
details. i do wish i had the coyotes though...single speed is actually
fine.

For most folks it seems than magnesium taken before bed time will solve the
problem. Mg is usually dosed to bowel tolerance. That means you start out
with one or two tablets and work up till your bowels get too loose. Of, you
need to watch your diet. Cut out the sugars and processed foods.
