This is very interesting, and reminds me that my father passed on the old cure of putting cream, dairy cream, in a sore eye, conjunctivitis, whatever. That came straight out of the 1800s; his mother died in the 1930s aged over 90. It was just applied like a cream with the finger. You can look up the MSDS on the product. I have a similar de-icer of Magesium Chloride, I think it is called MAG or something like that, from the dead sea in Israel. I use that for Mag Chloride baths. Personally, I wouldn't have any problem with the Nigari, as I don't believe that there will be any radioactive particles in it. Hi Colin in Australia, Although not a silver suggestion, have a look into liposomal curcumin. Here is a study comparing it to oxaliplatin (a strong chemo drug) in colorectal cancer: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17431105 And another study with colorectal cancer and curcumin in liposome: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3837545/ It also appears to be very strong against pancreatic cancer and breast cancer. Further, it appears to slow down or stop the metastasis to the liver. And finally - liposomal curcumin has basically no side effects.
