Preparation H suppositories work very well for me and my family. It shrinks the 
veins near the anus. I cut off a finger of a latex glove. It’s important to 
push the vein back in. If it is bleeding, I’d see a doctor. Diarrhea and 
constipation contribute to hemorrhoids, as well as pregnancy. Sounds like the 
later isn’t the problem.

I find that fasting for 3 to 5 days helps in reducing or ridding the 
body of piles.

At around that age I had quite a problem with them, I used about two oz of
cs in a basting syringe inserted, did that twice and the problem eased
immediately and healed in a short time, I'm 85 now and haven't had a
problem since.
