Preparation H suppositories work very well for me and my family. It shrinks the veins near the anus. I cut off a finger of a latex glove. It’s important to push the vein back in. If it is bleeding, I’d see a doctor. Diarrhea and constipation contribute to hemorrhoids, as well as pregnancy. Sounds like the later isn’t the problem.
