A friends cat has been diagnosed with a helicobacter infection in the
stomach *and small intestine*. Details are in her note below.

Her vet, does much with natural remedies, but so far is not supportive of
 using colloidal silver.

Anyone here have anything they can pass my way to help the vet understand
that CS could be helpful here?

 Or, human experience treating helicobacter?

 Thanks! Lin

 ** **

As usual, our little angel is a medical mystery. The biopsies were all
very abnormal, but in abnormal ways. So, not definitive.

There were lots and lots and lots of lymphocyes in all samples, which
isn't normal. If that were the only thing, she'd conclude it is small cell
lymphoma. However, there was another bizarre finding: a massive
Helicobacter infection! These are little spiral bacteria that occupy the
stomach, the same ones found to be responsible for ulcers in people (the
H in H. pylori). However, there were large numbers in the small intestine
as well--THIS IS NEVER SEEN. Helicobacter can cause inflammation and
gastritis. Recently, there are more and more that are appearing antibiotic
 resistant.

 ** **

So the question is, are the lymphocytes there fighting a massive
helicobacter infection, or, is there a massive H. infection because her
lymphocytes are abnormal, as a result of cancer?

 ** **

The pathologist wants to do some staining of the samples to determine the
subtype of lymphocytes, which will help answer this. If all the lymphs are
the same subtype, then it's most likely cancer (small cell lymphoma)... if
they're all different, then it points more to a response to an infection. I
gave her the thumb's up to do the tests.

 ** **

So, this is very strange. Helicobacter is not supposed to be able to
SURVIVE in the intestine... according to the textbooks. It's such a
radically different environment than the stomach, which is highly acidic.*

When I was a kid and we had horses, back in the 1960s and 70`s, we also

be knocked out with general anesthesia for my c-section in 1979. Seems
that, when he threw me off and I landed on my back with a rock under my

I recommend you read about diabetes and cataracts here:
 www.raypeat.com
Ray Peat's ideas about diabetes are totally opposite to what you will
read in conventional medicine or from the ADA, etc. But worth exploring,
as his diet is really easy and also cheap to implement.
I have been following his eating ideas for over 6 months now, and my
 blood sugars are stable.
Take a look in particular at the article on fish oils, and the articles
on diabetes, and there is one that speciifically mentions cataracts.

Re: CSCS Doubt.

2011-02-11 Thread Day Sutton
one of my health newsletters recommended 15,000 vit D3. I take three 5,000s
daily

On Fri, Feb 11, 2011 at 2:45 PM, David AuBuchon aubuchon.da...@gmail.comwrote:

I took 40,000units a day of EMULSIFIED vitamin D3 from biotics for a length
of 2 weeks. I did it at the recommendation of a lyme nutritionist. I told
her I thought it was bad for me, but she convinced me anyway. In that time,
me 25hydyoxy vit D levels went from 20 to 102. The reference range is like
30 to 75. I believe emulsified works much better than regular because of
this experience. So with people with infectious disease, some of them DO
NOT do well supplementing vitamin D. Some of them do do well though. The
explanation of why is called the Marshall Protocol, which sort of partially
succeeds in explaining it. This 25hydroxy vit D is NOT what your body
uses. Your body then converts it into 1,25 dihydroxy vit D, which is a
steroid hormone. This is the vitamin D you must also measure, but no one
ever does. In high levels, this vitamin D SUPPRESSES the immune system.

Some bacteria have learned to accelerate this conversion of vitamin D in
order to suppress the immune system. So many people with infectious disease
have low levels of 25 hydroxy D but high levels of 1,25dihydroxy vitamin D.
My levels for example of each respectvely were 20 (low) and about 60
(borderline high). This indicates that bacteria could have been converting
one to the other. After supplementing, it was GOING IN THE SUN that would
make me very sick for a few days. This is was people like me sometimes
experience and learn to keep away from vitamin D after that. Before taking
vitamin D the sun would not bother me nearly as much. That is the second
 indication I had.

The third indication I had that vit D was bad for me is that I would get
some herx reactions from a drug named Benicar. It is a blood pressure drug
with an off label use in the Marshall Protocol. It block the conversion of
the 1st vit D into the 2nd vit D. Taking it then lowers the levels of the
second vit D, which UNSUPPRESSES the immune system, which causes it to kill
 bugs and give herx.

The moral of the story: vit D is very good for most, but can be very bad
for some. Im getting into health consulting, and I am not planning on ever
recommending vit D to anyone without first probing them for infections with
CS or something else, or at least checking BOTH their D levels.

Here's what you do for an insect, spider, or snake bite or even poison

Get a 6 Volt battery, connect the leads via wire to sponges that have been

longer so that this mild level of electricity runs through the bite spot.

This will send trillions of electrons through the afflicted area and this
changes the proteins causing the reaction to a form that does not cause a
 reaction. Problem solved in seconds.

For more info, there are online discussions and yahoo groups such as
micro-electricity germ-killer.These sites have some cautions such as
a prohibition against putting a lead in an open sore or abrasion, and also
against the dangers of using more than 6 volts.

 Best of luck.

So if anyone is going to try CMO, do get Jarrow animal derived CMO. I got
some of the last true beef CMO from a man that made it himself, and it
worked in 10 days for my brothers years long hip pain (in both hips

 Greetings,

PLEASE don't act as if this request for observations is too much out of
left field! On occasion I believe that skin cancer is showing up, on my
left forearm, where I was frequently sunburned, when I was a lot younger. In
an attempt at a remedy for this I've saturated a gauze pad with
*concentrated colloidal silver,* then taped this down, over the effected
area. The skin cancer, as I believe it to be, manifests itself as black
marks, and these go away overnight, after I tape down the CS gauze pads.

The *concentrated CS* has been either the Mexican made product Microdyn or
the U.S. product Silverdyne, and I have an idea that this is actually some
sort of silver nitrate. Clearly CS is more like 10ppm and is ionic. But the
concentrated CS is silver, after all, and the markings *do go away.* They
always go away when I use the pads and they tend not to go away when I do
not use the pads. A friend has told me that there is no indication of a
remedy in this, but I'm eager to know what silver-list members think.

 Yours,
 Reid Harvey

Chiggers (Red Bugs) don't just bite. They burrow into the skin and stay
there feeding.
That's why oils, Vicks, Baths, and Nail Polish work. They suffocate them.
They are red, and cause a Red Bump on the skin...

On Tue, Jun 22, 2010 at 10:12 AM, Norton, Steve stephen.nor...@ngc.comwrote:

 Probably not.

 http://www.ehow.com/about_4566530_chiggers.html
Chiggers range from Central Mexico to Canada. They prefer fields that are
filled with grass or weeds. There is a species of chigger in the Pacific
Islands and in Eastern Asia that is a vector for Japanese River Fever.

You will know them if you ever run across them.

 http://insects.suite101.com/article.cfm/chiggers_parasitic_mites
 What are chigger mites?
The group of mites collectively known as chigger mites includes a wide
range of genera and species distributed over the tropical and temperate
regions of the globe. In North America, the species most commonly
encountered is Trombicula alfreddugesi. Like spiders and scorpions, mites
are arachnids; adults have four pairs of legs. The adults of the various
chiggers feed on invertebrates (worms, snails etc.) and are seldom noticed,
but the larvae are parasitic on mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians,
and cause great discomfort when they feed on humans.

 How do people get chiggers?
Chigger mite larvae hatch from eggs deposited in the environment, usually
in tall grasses, brushy areas, swamps and bogs, and other localities where
plant growth is low and thick. The microscopic larvae wait in the low
vegetation and climb onto any animal or human moving through the area near
them. On people, the larvae tend to migrate to areas where the clothing is
snug - under waistbands, under the tops of socks, or where a backpack
presses against the skin, for example.

 Chigger bites
Chigger mites neither burrow under the skin nor suck blood. Instead, they
attach to the skin and inject a substance that creates a pool of liquid
nutrients by dissolving and liquefying the skin cells. The host's immune
system responds by trying to create a barrier between the affected cells and
healthy cells - a tiny tubular hole called a stylostome forms in the skin
with the larva in the center, still drawing liquefied food from the tissues
below the bite as though sucking through a straw.

Most people have no idea they've been invaded by microscopic mite larvae
while they were out in the woods and fields. For the lucky few, there will
be no after-effects: not all chigger mites cause discomfort and not all
individuals react to the bites. For many however, days of suffering are just
beginning. About twenty-four hours after the initial bite, a red raised
lesion appears, often with a fluid filled blister-like center. The mite is
still present; it will eventually drop off if allowed to finish its meal but
many are killed at this stage when the host scratches. The intensely itchy
bite progresses over the next few days, becoming larger, turning slightly
bluish like a bruise and crusting over. Scratching may lead to secondary
 infection of the lesions.

The agony of chigger bites is usually limited to the unbearable discomfort
and occasional secondary infection; however, some chiggers are known to
carry diseases. Leptotrombidium sp. chiggers in Japan, Southeast Asia, and
nearby countries carry an organism that causes scrub typhus, or
tsutsugamushi disease, a serious infection that is occasionally fatal.

  - Steve N

 Hi Paula,

I've always found Colloidal Silver to be very useful applied topically.
It is soothing, cooling and prevents infection.

Also Vit C is supposed to be a good antihistamine.

 Calamine lotion?

 Otherwise take a Zyrtec

Just a thought, If you have a current controlled silver generator you
could apply one silver rod to each bite while holding the other rod; to
cause an electric current to go through the bite, to neutralise the toxin
or protein or enzyme whatever it is. that's what I would do and have done
for tick bites and mosquito bites.

 OK,
 Tony

even said it worked the same as his Polaris laser, and even said why not
build your own as he knew I worked in Electronics. This unit would seal a
cut with new skin in 30 minutes. DR Gordon used the Polaris on his son after
he had arthoscopic surgery on his knee cartilage while playing football at
UCLA. One week after surgery he told his coach he was ready to play again.
He made the first team and got two rose bowl rings so it healed pretty well.

I might require a total knee replacement as the bone on bone is getting
pain that keeps going even in bed. I used 4 bottles of CMO plus the amega
wand and still can barely walk. I doubt that my DR will allow me to bring in
my laser but I might bring the amega wand to the Hospital. When Gordon used
the laser after knee surgery they had his Surgeon not cover the incision so
the laser could directly reach the incision. From what I have read the amega
wand reduces pain similar to the LLL .

The only silver list archive on tooth tightening is I could find is at:
 http://www.mail-archive.com/silver-list@eskimo.com/msg126534.html

It mentions MMS about halfway down the post.

Separately, a several posts online have mentioned some success with oil
 pulling. For example:
 http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/tooth_abcess6.html

01/02/2007: Diane from Philadelphia, PA writes: I have been oil pulling
two times a day for about a month now and notice a vast improvement in my
gums. I have had 2 root canals and at my last dental visit, they wanted to
do a 3rd root canal to correct the previous two. Needless to say, I had
severe gum pain and an abscess that caused me excruciating pain. My jaw
would swell up to the size of chipmunk's. I was in constant pain. I started
oil pulling with sunflower oil and notice that my pain had decreased in
intensity by day 3. Within 7 days, I had no pain and my abscess was
completely gone. I ran out of sunflower oil and am now using extra virgin
coconut oil. My gums are a healthy pink--they are no longer receding. I had
a loosened tooth that really needed to be pulled but the gums have tightened
around the tooth and it is no longer loose. My skin feels softer and I'm no
longer plagued with earaches. I tried oil pulling with Olive Oil but could
not stand the taste. Once I finish up my coconut oil, I will go back to
sunflower (it is a better tasting oil).

 Another possibility is at:
 http://curezone.com/schulze/handbook/toothgum.asp

 Tooth And Gum Restore Formula

 Formulae:
Bayberry root bark, Oak galls, Echinacea root, Tea Tree oil, Peppermint oil
 and Cayenne pepper.

 Therapeutic Action:
This formula increase the circulation to the teeth and gums. If used
regularly it will rebuild tooth bone loss, tighten teeth, tighten gums and
stop bleeding gums due to plaque build up and gingivitis. This formula is
anti-bacterial and anti-fungal and will destroy oral infections on contact.

 Dosage:
For best results get a water pic. Place 4 to 6 dropperfuls of the formula
into a water pic reservoir along with warm water. Use the strongest setting
that you can tolerate. If done daily you should notice gum bleeding halts
within 1 week. You can also add 2 dropperfuls to 2 ounces of water and rinse
mouth thoroughly swishing and straining the water through all the teeth.
This formula can also be massaged directly into the gums using a cotton
 swap.

All that I have seen regarding tooth tightening relates only to eliminating
the infection and then hoping that the tooth naturally retightens.
Personally, I would include something to support recalcification of the
teeth since that may be an accompanying problem. The following patent has a
good summary of the various parented approaches.
 http://www.freepatentsonline.com/y2008/0152598.html

It recommends a combination of calcium zeolite along with a form of
phosphate (sodium phosphate, mono-sodium phosphate or tri-sodium phosphate)
 as an oral rinse.
 According to the patent:
the oral composition for stabilization, recalcification and
remineralization of dental enamel and dentin comprises: 0.1-10 wt. % of the
calcium form of zeolite; 0.00132-2 wt. % of phosphate ions

 Hope this is useful.

this I'd eaten wasn't very hot.) followed a couple hours later with
pineapple yogurt were causing problems. But I couldn't tell at all where the

both arms evenly. I got the cayenne tincture and drank 10 drops in 4 oz

and later awoke again with pain.

I remembered (I thought) that one could put the tincture right under the

tonguedon't know how many. Couldn't feel anything for several seconds.
Then all of a sudden, a flash fire!!! I clawed my way out of bed and
jumped up and ran to the sink for water. I drank several small cups while
tears poured from my eyes. The burn was intense. I felt I could hardly
breathe. I was swaying around and silently screaming. I finally thought
maybe I'd damaged my mouth and grabbed the colloidal silver spray bottle. I
sprayed and swished and spit out (because it was so foamy) several
mouthfuls. Finally the pain faded to a level where I could get back to bed.
Mouth pain, I mean.the chest pain was almost secondary after that lol.
Today there is just a very slight feeling of discomfort.

My advicedon't ever use tincture of cayenne straight!

Suggested protocol: from Perry A~ book 'Living Clay' pg 99
Drink 1-2 ozs of the mixed liquid clay daily. Take 1-2 clay baths weekly.
Clay facials with external aps of cleansingclaymask and/or on affected

The most economical way to do this is with the powder(detox clay powder on

also at diff ratio for the external aps OR you can purchase the
cleansingclaymask already mixed as well as the liquid; just more economical
and easy to mix your own... Contact me if you have any questions... and/or

Thanks to all who have followed along the almost death of my dog, Molly
who was diagnosed in March 2009 with Lupus. Today she is doing GREAT and I
am calling it recovered as she appears back to normal except her eating has
gone from 50% okay eater to a 300% PIG! She eats tremendous quantities.

Just wanted to let you know she is RESURRECTED from death and is ALIVE,
ALIVE, ALIVEevery sign of being back to normal other than running
around like a manic on our acre. She is however back to scouting out
rabbits, running after then again, but in moderation and watching the mules
next door. For this she has to walk a distance and is able to do it. Her
hair is growing back greatly, her itch is pretty much gone and most times
 gone

Just wanted to thank all for their support.

I'm believing I'll be writing an ebook.

  Hi Day,

This isn't a CS protocol but I have gotten excellent results with others
who had pleurisy by using simple moist heat with no drugs, i.e., lay
a heating pad down on the bed, position a plastic sheet on it (an unopened
garbage bag will do fine), then lay a non-dripping but wet dish towel over
 the plastic sheet.

1.) Turn the heating pad on awhile to warm the wet towel first, so it isn't
too cold, then have him or her lay down on the towel and cover 'em up.

2.) Let the heating pad stay hot (med or med/high only, not high) until the
person feels thoroughly warmed (be careful not to burn them), leave it warm
for about 15-20 minutes, then turn it off for ~20 min until the
pad cools. Do not try to get them to tolerate more heat than they can, back
off if they say it's too hot or too long a time. See to it that the towel
 stays wet.

3.) Then repeat step #2 for 3 or more iterations.

4.) Remove towel, plastic and heating pad before they finally settle down
to sleep for the night. You don't want them sleeping on cold/wet. They
 should sleep covered up.

This has never failed for me, provides rapid relief, and has saved a few
trips to the ER over the years.

 Stay well,

 Linda

The following additives contain aluminium compounds: E173, E520,
E521, E523 E541, E545, E554, E555 E556, E559. Antacids quite
often contain aluminum trisilicate as does buffered aspirin. Foods
containing aluminium based additives include dry cake mixes,
pastries and croissants made from frozen dough, processed cheeses,
some donuts and waffles, check muffins for E541 (sodium aluminum
phosphate), and food coloring. The list of substances containing
aluminium salts is quite depressing, it even includes*toothpaste*!,
 especially tooth whitening products.

The use of aluminum in drinking water is starting to be looked at
in Canada and Australia, most utilities in Europe and the United
States do exceed the recommended level of 100 microgrammes per
litre, some by as much as *sixty times!* Another obvious and
easily avoided source is aluminum cooking pots and pans, this can
be quite easily remedied by using enamelled, stainless steel and
cast iron pots. Cooking in earthenware and glass containers is
another option. There is no need to throw out all of your
aluminium pots, it is OK to fry food in aluminium pans and intact
Teflon, non-stick coatings will effectively prevent any contamination.

http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/tfacts22.html

  * Virtually all food, water, air, and soil contain some aluminum.
  * The average adult in the U.S. eats about 7-9 mg aluminum per day
in their food.
  * Breathing higher levels of aluminum dust in workplace air.
  * Living in areas where the air is dusty, where aluminum is mined or
processed into aluminum metal, near certain hazardous waste sites,
or where aluminum is naturally high.
  * Eating substances containing high levels of aluminum (such as
antacids) especially when eating or drinking citrus products at
the same time.
  * Children and adults may be exposed to small amounts of aluminum
from vaccinations.
  * Very little enters your body from aluminum cooking utensils.

 http://www.holisticvetpetcare.com/pdf/Heavy_Metal_Posion_Hair_Analysis-4.pdf

This site has some good information on it and lists foods that
contain significant aluminum. Rice, wheat, beef, chicken, pork,
radishes and potatoes all contain significant amounts of aluminum,
and carrot leaf contains large amounts. Unfortunately I am unable
to copy from the page. Apparently if you want an aluminum free
diet about all you can consume is distilled water, and pure
chemicals such as salt, cream of tarter, citric acid and sodium
bicarbonate.

Hi again Dotti, I think ive told you about all the medical problems i
have. But now i've baught a nebulizer to get my colloidal siver down further
into my lungs. I got out of the VA hosp. about 2 months ago. But my energy
hasn't gotten back. Plus my air oxydomiter or whatever has my oxygen at only
92 and 80 with it off. I never had to use it more than a day when id get
back home. Since ive gotten home my bloodpressure has been high for me about
160/90 but now its over 200/110. I went to the store and baught some
magnesium 400's have taken 1600 in two doses. Hasn't done anything for my
 pressure? Have any ideas? Larry

I use it undiluted. It is HOT!, be prepared... The directions are in the
book The Cure is in the Cupboard It's inexpensive, most health food
stores carry it.

 Kathy,
Some people do take it on or in their food. Other people put it in
capsules, others only inhale! It needs to be *DILUTED* a lot. I have put a
drop or 2 in my lentil soup when I've felt a cold coming on and then not
gotten sick numerous times. Again, I really recommend the oils_herbs_etc
 archives
 for oregano info.

Are you looking for herb or oil?

If you are looking for wild grown oregano oil, this is an excellent
 source. I've
ordered from them for several years and find them trustworthy (which is
saying a lot in the aromatherapy business.)
 and their prices are excellent.

Their oil is not diluted. You can join oils_herbs_etc at yahoo groups and
access their archives to learn a lot about oregano oils. If you search for
posts by Butch about oregano you will find a lot of info.

Most listers have told me over the years that if they place silver water and
tap water side by side, their pets prefer the silver water. I always
assumed that was becausr the CS was made from distilled and the tap had
chlorine and flouride in it..

I do, but what I'm saying is, if I drink silver water it makes me more

In the book; The Cure is in the Cupboard, they say to use Oregano Oil on a
small piece of cotton ant place it on the tooth overnight. I have tried
this many times on myself and othere. It worked every time...

Silver citrate is made by adding citric acid to the distilled water

 I read on silvermedicine http://www.silvermedicine.org/h2o2archives.htmlabout
using CS plus H2O2. I think you would need to mix the two just before
use. Or try H2O2 with 10% DMSO.

Is silver citrate when you overcook as the 200 PPM?? My grandson has some
infected teeth and has had a time. I had recommended peroxide as well as CS
but didn't seem to take care of it.

..never hurts to know sumptin...and, of course, you are mindful about
volume and duration of use at 200 PPM.

I recently had some dental work done that caused or spread an infection

to my tongue and under the tongue. The dentist put me on penicillin and

I used EIS with DMSO to no effect by either. Finally I started rinsing
my mouth with 200 ppm silver citrate every 3 to 4 hours and it
eliminated the infection in less than 2 days. I could tell an
improvement after the first use of the SC.
  Just an FYI.
