I use a non-dandruff shampoo, then follow with a baking soda shampoo,
then a rinse with diluted vinegar.
Daily. If I don't, I get what I'd guess is sebhorreic dermatitis, very
itchy, nasty, causing me to scratch my scalp bloody.

I use equal parts of blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar (2 TB

MA,
1 Tbsp of each in 1 cup of hot water makes palatable mix.

I can give a much more impressive account of this protocol. During the time
of my second recovery from arthritis, I stopped into the neighborhood gathering
spot of a small crossroad community where I knew everyone. During my visit the
rural delivery mailman came in with a look of amazement on his face. He said
that he had just come from the gas station up the road and the wife of the
owner who was unable to get out of a wheelchair unassisted had hobbled out of
the office. She had been unable to walk for several years and could not at
that time stand without assistance. She said that she had been taking the cider
vinegar/honey for some time and as yet had not even let her husband know of her
recovery. The last time I was in the area about a year later she had continued
to improve.

Several other since then have told me that it didn't help them. But I've
heard of more successes than failures. Bob Smith

Sol,
I hear you there!
So much alternative stuff doesn't seem to pan out it can warp you.

I look at it as a hobby.
The electronic stuff is fascinating, Beck devices, Hulda Clark,
binaural guided meditation machines, cranial electronic stimulation,
Crock device, Lakhovsky devices, Orgon devices, etc.

Then the weird stuff including CS, UT, Raw Food (raw liver is one of
my favorites, just for the gross factor).

It's certainly enough to keep one interested and interesting.

Lots don't seem to work. Some you're not sure of. But I come across
enough that DOES give benefit to make it worthwhile, such as MSM,
DMSO, CS which were instant successes.

Very easy to solve.

Work a tablespoon of any vegetable oil into the scalp.
Wait at least 5 minutes.
Shampoo with any normal shampoo, no need for antidandruff products.

This came from Vermont Folk Medicine by Dr Jarvis
Discovered it decades ago, and cured a long suffering problem forever.

Chuck,
Every time I see that old dude mentioned, I have to butt in. Way back in
the winter of 67 I was diagnosed as having arthritis developing in a
shoulder. My wise old dad gave me both of his books. I followed his
formula of a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and honey in hot water 3x a
day and in 6 weeks the pain in the shoulder was gone. I stopped taking it
and the pain returned. I then stayed on it for about 10 years. The
arthritis has never come back. Bob Smith

Scientists have shown that the moon is moving away at a tiny yet
measurable distance from the earth every year. If you do the math,
you can calculate that 85 million years ago the moon was orbiting the
earth at a distance of about 35 feet from the earth's surface! This
would explain the death of the dinosaurs...
 the tallest ones, anyway.

followed by h2o2 (3%) and left on overnight will help
a lot. The smell will dissipate after a while,
