CSzinc and smell and taste

2004-12-21 Thread Shirley Reed
I am not sure about what zinc compound. Try
the health food store or vitamin sites. Many
minerals in citrate form are supposed to be more
assimilable. Not sure about zinc though.
Someone on the list will know, for sure!! pj

I recently read that zinc picolinate was more effective than other
forms. I've not yet tried this myself, though.

The Albion chelates (That may be a patented name) are said to be very
bioavailable and I believe that Source Naturals' chelated minerals are
the Albion formulation. So, their chelated zinc would probably be good,
and inexpensive.
