Yes my vote  is for email too...list here  is great as it  is.
I'm  recently researching  sources of various stem cell therapy
clinics as well as seriously contemplating going vegan.
Watched a brief  youtube vid  about  a  70  year old  woman who  looks 30.

Ah, sorry, I wanted to add a few thoughts and address your question more
directly...

Another advantage to this email list is the size of the community - it is
small enough to be effectively moderated.

If you look at something like Amazon, which has a fantastic community with
volumes of rich feedback from anonymous users, you might think it is
perfect. However, you should be aware that many companies hire people to
post false comments, and engage in ongoing false conversations. Yes, it is
absolutely false advertising. There is an entire industry of companies that
provide this 'service' to larger corporations as 'Image Management' or some
such other nonsense. Sadly, this blatantly unethical behavior is very
effective and thus wide spread. It is not only on Amazon. Luckily, there
are legislative efforts underway to combat this. Although actually
enforcing it is another matter. So be careful of what you read on customer
reviews. Still a great source though.

The wide open Internet is the same way. They try to discredit or discourage
the use of CS, and as popularity increases, others pollute the Internet
with false products and false claims, which will slowly lead people to have
bad experiences with bogus products, and thus ultimately discredit CS as a
whole. Or make it illegal. Or make it require a prescription. Or make it
cost prohibitive. This doesn't happen within the email list because of our
ability to maintain effective moderation.

The archives are not much of a vulnerability because they are not
interactive like a forum or other such medium. Sure, our information can be
found, but it is easy to hide or deny our identity if we want, and it is
too troublesome for outsiders to intervene in our conversations due to the
effective moderation.

Hi Mike,

I believe it is because our emails are not so easily accessible to the
general public. The simple barriers of an email list are enough to keep out
the vast majority of would-be trouble makers, because in the 'information
age' there are ever increasing volumes of low hanging fruit that can be
targeted easier than this list.

Another issue is anonymity. Using aliases, avatars, etc. was a great way to
protect ourselves online, and still is. However, establishing anonymity is
a technical / convenience barrier for some participants. IMHO email lists
such as this provide a similar feeling and/or function with less hassle.
Thus it encourages more free speech, sharing, etc.

Unfortunately the shield of anonymity is being aggressively attacked by
 Google, Facebook, and others, as they seek to exploit our identities and
activities for monetary gain. Google's attempts are especially devious.
Apple is perhaps the only company that aggressively protects our
identities, and they are under constant pressure from advertisers,
investors, and developers to release more information. In any case, these
email lists remain outside the scope of those happenings.

I use various forms of communication, and I think they are all helpful in
some way. We need to get this info out to the world, and we also need a
safe and easy way to discuss it.

I also appreciate having various email groups available as a source of
reference, education, testimony, and moral support.

I feel fully self sufficient (and practically immortal ;-) with the
knowledge and tools provided to me by the Beck Protocol and the Weston
Price foundation (helps me keep a grasp on proper nutrition). But
influencing family and friends is a far greater challenge than maintaining
my own health. As they say, you can lead a horse to water but you can't
make it drink. Any resource such as this email group is helpful in
promoting the 'truth' about our health and healthcare.

As for my experiences, I am currently having great success in treating
cavities, diabetes, cancer, gulf war syndrome, and other undiagnosed
ailments in various family members. A time of unusual crises - and
healing in my family. I actually have 6 silverpuppy machines distributed
among my family. And yet others still choose chemo :-(

I could post more specific details of my experiences if someone was
interested.

I have broadband but still prefer the email route. That way I always see all
traffic as it comes into a folder I set aside for it. If you guys were on a

Well, we do have members from the southern hemisphere, so for some of us
it's high summer! <<--waves from atop a 4 foot pile of snow.

I am curious, though, if those of you who are regulars here have sorted
out your health issues enough that there's not much for you to say, or
if you've found other venues for support? Where?
