OK, sorry, it is my fault, I've rebuilt python3-build with the sbopkg
update mechanism not catching this dependency and missed it when
trying to check this manually.

cholmod build failed on my system. It's fully updated slackware64 14.2
with atlas and lapack-atlas providing blas and lapack respectivelly.
It also failed with similar -current, but it has other problems, like

[Slackbuilds-users] python3 builds of libraries

I have to build and maintain a Gausssum software that require the
python3 versions of matplotlib, numpy and all of its dependencies. May
be it is worth to check if python3 is installed and build also python3
versions of libraries if so by default?

mpqc FAILED to build with lapack-atlas as lapack, I'll better consider
it abandoned from now
mopac7 OK, but i'll prefer to abandon it from now

Libraries
libminizip OK, can be upgraded to 1.2.8 with some extra work, I'll
resubmit when it will be possible
liboglappth OK

I would like to abandon support of mpqc and mopac7, if somebody wants
to take over mantainership of it or use it, please send me a letter.

gwyddion and ghemical requires gtkglext built with pangox-compat,
ghemical may require extra patching if gtkglext will move to new version
(post-1.2.0, now it is fine)

The main problem with mpqc is that I don't use it, I prefer firefly as
QM code. There should be easy fix to make it work, I can fix it, but I
want to abandon both mpqc and mopac7, if there is no users of this
slackbuilds. Time has changed, there is a lot of better supported QM
programs available, mopac moved to MOPAC20XX, both are no longer 
requirements for ghemical.

Openbabel is working with eigen3 only with svn snapshots, both 2.3.0 and
2.3.1 are too old to support it. The best solution will be to upgrade
eigen2 to 2.0.17 but Unless there's a very good rationale, versions

In GSB [1] it is done via --enable-nautilus flag. And list of
requirements to build evince with gnome support is large, you can look
at slack-required files there.

Subj. After day of debugging bunch of ghemical stuff I'll prefer to
reupload another versions of slackbuilds. Also seems to me that MPQC
need some more debugging, and anyway it need some fast blas/lapack
libraries to work rapidly, but at least ghemical compiles with last
version I have.

[Slackbuilds-users] wxGTK and opengl support

To enable opengl support in wxGTK configure flag --with-opengl is
required. I am now working on wxmacmolplt SlackBuild, which failed to
compile due to this reason. Also last version of wxGTK is 2.8.9. Patch
for wxGTK.SlackBuild is attached.
