First of all, thanks for sharing this Fabricio - it looks awesome.

On the note of suggestions, I was thinking it would also be great for
creating and animating leaves on vegetation , so if the feathers could for
instance be dynamic (ruffling feathers like this:

usage quite a bit.

I totally agree with you on this one Raf - the change on this list is quite
noticeable since the Soft EOL announcement, and I was actually thinking I
would really be missing something in my daily routines without this list
and the excellent company here, not to mention all the invaluable help I
have gotten from you guys over the years.

I will definately keep checking in here pretty much every day, regardless
how much Maya will pester my life from now on.

The only compound I found is Aging cobwebs, even though its a nice compound
it doesnt create a typical radial shaped spider web

I'm looking for a cobweb compound that creates a decent looking spiderweb
with some dynamics (gets ruptured when the camera goes through it). Its
nothing like the aging cobweb compound already available online, it has to
look like a spider web with some degree of customization.

Was wondering if someone is interested in taking this task, but I'm afraid
the budget to do this effect is rather small so, if maybe someone did
something like this in the past would be interested in sell the compound or

I pretty much abandoned Maya after rigging a character in it.
Picked it up again when I found the UnrealEngine auto rig, but nearly 
lost my shit around the whole z is up thing

Miquel did an awesome job on this one. I played a bit with it and it's
pretty close to what it is in Softimage. It's not the full toolset though..
but it makes sense as you might not need the same kind of tools in Maya
anyway.
Miquel knows Gear better than I do now. I haven't touch it for a while so
you can trust him to be the perfect guy for the job. He knows the tool,
knows what it is good for and has paid attention to make sure those nice
things are now available in your least favorite software ;-)
