[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Amazon Music
Hello, I just started a trial of Amazon Music HD thinking I might be able to use my Media Server to send the play list to my stereo. can't figure out how to do that, though. Is it really possible? Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] skip to next album
Thanks. I'm guessing I'll try to do it programatically. I'll see how it goes. foxsam's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62520 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111793 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS web interface keeps becoming unresponsive on Debian 10
I was never able to get this new version built, which I know is definitely down to user error. If this is newer build of Audio::Scan then does it not make sense to add it to the nightlies since there are other people reporting the same issue? paulster's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=23073 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110772 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] separate libraries?
It's a fairly trivial task to make libraries out of flac or mp3 files without restructuring your file system. 29655 29656 +---+ |Filename: lib5.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=29656| +---+ *Server - LMS 8.0.0 *Pi4B 4GB/Flirc case/pCP 6.0.0 18K library, playlists & LMS cache on SSD (ntfs) *Study -* Pi3B+/pCP 5.0.0/pi screen/HiFiBerry DAC+/jivelite, *Lounge* - Pi2/pCP 5.0.0 > HiFiBerry DIGI+ > AudioEngine DAC1 > AVI DM5 *Dining Room* - Squeezebox Boom *Garage* - Squeezebox Touch > Edifier R980T *Spares* - 1xTouch, 1xSB3, 1xRadio, 7xRPi kidstypike's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10436 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111797 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

There* is* a switch library function, but you'd need to arrange your file system to suit. I have a library of 18,000+ tracks that I use regularly, (Squeezebox music), but I also have my wife's music, spare music, classical music and Christmas music. All these are in separate folders. I can easily switch to using the contents of any/all of these folders as my library. I set up "Library Views" using "Advanced Search" criteria is "path contains". Steps below. 29651 29652 29653 29654 +---+ |Filename: lib4.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=29654| +---+ *Server - LMS 8.0.0 *Pi4B 4GB/Flirc case/pCP 6.0.0 18K library, playlists & LMS cache on SSD (ntfs) *Study -* Pi3B+/pCP 5.0.0/pi screen/HiFiBerry DAC+/jivelite, *Lounge* - Pi2/pCP 5.0.0 > HiFiBerry DIGI+ > AudioEngine DAC1 > AVI DM5 *Dining Room* - Squeezebox Boom *Garage* - Squeezebox Touch > Edifier R980T *Spares* - 1xTouch, 1xSB3, 1xRadio, 7xRPi kidstypike's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10436 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111797 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Shozzer wrote: > Try Server Settings, Advanced Tab, Additional Browse Views: Library > Views - Hide Lossy Duplicates. Thanks for your reply. This probably won't work for me, because I actually added something like "FLAC - " to the album names of all my FLACs, so they probably won't be seen as duplicates to LMS. eduardoo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=25850 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111797 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] separate libraries?
all the time to clutter my library. A long time ago, I have the MP3 folder listed on the folder list on LMS but with all items (music, picture, etc) unchecked, and that used to allow me to go into the MP3 folder via "music folder" view, but it's no longer the case. That should still work. Make sure you've enabled the "Browse Filesystem" or similar item in Settings/Player/Additional Browse Modes. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] separate libraries?
I have LMS (7.9.X) set up on my QNAP NAS. On the NAS, I have my FLAC files and MP3 files stored under two different main folders. Most of the time, I just need to access the flac files, so the flac folder is what the LMS is set to scan. However, from time to time, it would be nice if I can access that MP3 folder/database without having it there all the time to clutter my library. A long time ago, I have the MP3 folder listed on the folder list on LMS but with all items (music, picture, etc) unchecked, and that used to allow me to go into the MP3 folder via "music folder" view, but it's no longer the case. Is there a way to set up with two libraries and call them up separately and easily? I tried looking into the settings and plugins and remain clueless as to what can allow me to do that.
