Thanks! > Yes: on touch devices you don't have "mouse over" so the "+" which allow to open an item (like an artist) will not appear on the first touch : you have to touch the item a second time. (This problem is on iphone/IOS , not reproduced on Windows 10 with touch screen) After few test I add these remarks : - Feature request : do you think possible to display apps in the menu ? I would like to access Spotty from Ultralight skin ;) - Feature request : be able to set the size of items because on some touch screens it is a little small (a new settings section ?) - Little bug : whe you have selected a player with short name, the dropdown list is too small to display names of other players. - Question : Is it normal that artist list doesn't display images ? (albums covers are OK) Thank you. schmurtz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57368 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115659 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Thanks for this new skin. Just tested, seems great. We have to click two times on artist to open his album ? A repo will be welcome ;) schmurtz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57368 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115659 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

May be my IP has changed during few minutes during the reboot of my internet box but it shouldn't be a problem for the lms server once my IP came back in the right subnet . Or once the lms server has been accessed by an IP of an external subnet it is definitely locked until the restart of LMS ? schmurtz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57368 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108599 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

I'm running "Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.1 - 1523349116". I've got squeezebox touch, squeezebox radio, squezelite running directly on the orange pi, a google home running with chrome bridge and a sonos working witht upnp bridge. I'm very satisfied of all this complex geek system :D Everything is running on the same network subnet in 192.168.0.x but sometimes I've got this error "Forbidden: settings/index.html" So until I found this topic I used to restart lms. In my server log I can observe : [18-05-29 23:32:08.1892] Slim::Web::HTTP::generateHTTPResponse (981) Access to settings pages is restricted to the local network or localhost: 192.168.0.10 -> 169.254.7.123 (settings/index.html) My LMS has the IP 192.168.0.77, my computer has many network interfaces but theoretically only the 192.168.0.10 is used in this case. I don't know from where the IP 169.254.7.123 comes from... It seems to be an IP no affected by DHCP server. I have restarted my internet box yesterday, may be the lms server in DHCP client is a bad idea... but it should work schmurtz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57368 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108599 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

I'm not running lms in a docker but I saw some dockers sources for lms, I 'll be curious to see the behaviour of lms security in this kind of environnement... For example : https://hub.docker.com/r/larsks/logitech-media-server/ schmurtz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57368 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108599 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Forbidden: settings/index.html
Hi, same problem here on ARMbian (based on debian Jessie). May be that a checkbox in the web interface to deactivate this filter could be a good idea. With the use of dockers and other technologies like that accessing from different subnet It will happening more and more often. I don't find the file where I have to put the --httpaddr argument... schmurtz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57368 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108599 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Virtual Machines (VM) for Squeezebox Server
Hi, I create this topic to talk about Squeezebox Server on virtal machines. I wanted to use shairtune2 to convert my Squeezebox into airplay receivers. It was not possible on my Windows LMS server so I decided to use a VM to run my squeezebox server. It runs perfectly on my intel NUC 5i5 (Windows 10 for host system) with Ubuntu 15.10 under VMplayer. Less than 0.2% of CPU used when idle ! Vm images are very useful to test Squeezebox possibilities quickly, useful for these who don't know what is Squeezebox environment, useful for developers,etc... May be we can share here some advices and some useful VM images. Let's go ! - Firstly I found images for virtualbox from erland. He talk aout it the readon why he creat that 'here' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?88615-Separate-environment-for-beta-testing-any-interests=vboxsbsimages). You'll find images here : http://erland.isaksson.info/arkiv/vboxsbsimages/ These images download the new version of LMS at each reboot. But it is easy to modify. You can easily as to stop update at each reboot or ask to download LMS 7.9 instead of 7.7 (type sudo vim /var/lib/sbssvn/sbssvn.conf to modify the source fo download) - Before named Max2play, 'SqueezePlug' (http://web.archive.org/web/20131209063645/http://www.squeezeplug.eu/?page_id=52) offer a virtual machine for virtualbox to test their release. It is not available since 2014 but _you_can_find_this_old_image_ 'here' (http://www.multiupfile.com/f/72110bc0) or 'here' (http://uptobox.com/p7is7o6hhnav) . This image is good to show how to automate LMS installation and other media server like MediaTomn, MiniDLNA, Twonky and TVmobili. This image is to old to integrate airplay receiver like Max2Play but I'm sure it is pretty easy with shairport. If some people are interested I will explain all the process to create an up to date VM and I can share my image too. Hope you will like and participate to this topic with your own experience and VM images ;) schmurtz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57368 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105580 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
