Unable to connect

I am unable to connect for some weird reason. Not sure how to fix.

Getting error saying - 728330237 disconnected. Unable to connect to BOS
server. Connection refused.

I am using my ICQ  and have the port set to 5190.

older protocol¹, so if you're using the older plugin, it'd be 
surprising it even works.
