seamonkey 1.16: link in mail, browser does not follow
Hello this is odd, I noticed that since a couple of days seamonkey is not following links which are contained in email. Is this a bug or did I change some configuration parameter without noticing it. thanks Uwe Brauer ___ support-seamonkey mailing list support-seamonkey@lists.mozilla.org https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
Re: SeaMonkey 2 and Thunderbird 3

That said, we'll have a first beta of SM2 in the next few weeks, a second beta a few weeks later and then a final another few weeks later. We should be on the way now and pick up a good drive towards final. It's a bit unfortunate that the duration between Alpha 3 and Beta 1 grew significantly longer than expected, but things should be moving more smoothly from now on. Unfortunately I can't talk in real schedules right now, as there's one large feature for the mail backend (indexing all data to allow for fast and easy search across all messages and addresses) is being worked on still, and that feature is what's pushing out Thunderbird and SeaMonkey beta release dates right now. Robert: Thanks. Will this indexing get rid of the annoying feature where a cross-posted news message that is read in one group is not seen as read in another? David, Gloda indexing will have no impact on newsgroup crosspost handling. The crosspost bug has gotten no traction in TB3, so I doubt we well see this in the next version unless some kind soul steps up to provide a patch. ___ support-seamonkey mailing list support-seamonkey@lists.mozilla.org https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
Getting more and more Seamonkey Has Encountered a problem...
I live in a rural area and have to put up with crappy Dial-Up. Please don't anyone tell me to get a cable or satellite as I cannot afford such a luxury. For some time now my SM 1.1 has been giving me more and more of these messages and bombing out: (click on the Alkaspace link for a screen shot) http://alkaspace.com/is.php?i=73132img=Seamonkey_Messa.jpg Once this happens, Seamonkey is gone. I have to reload it and start all over. Is this Seamonkey's problem or Windows XP causing this? Happening often now. Last one was on Netflix's web site, the one before on a Real Estate web site looking at a listing: http://vandorm.com/property/property.asp?PRM_MLSNumber=29045528PRM_MlsName=NorthWestMLS If this is SM 1.1, would upgrading to whatever is Seamonkey's highest version help ? SM 1.1 has been working great until a few weeks ago. Have noticed the Internet loading slower than a snail even on DSL where I work... Re: AdBlock Pllus/SM (2?)
I'm new here so I've missed all the other posts on this topic. I did just have a problem: My credit union would not download my banking data for Quicken. For some reason only the download page would not show any options or data, while all the other pages worked fine. I eventually found out that if I disable Adblock Plus for that page it works fine. I also had to have Seamonkey opened as administrator in order for ABP to install with Vista Home Basis 64 bit OS. And Seamonkey does uninstall things like ABP when I upgrade. James . .
