How long do you wait until you visit a newsgroup? I download, and then either go quickly or wait for a while. What newsgroup(s)? What news server(s)? Here, Giganews, etc. Are you sure it isn't the server removing them? No, because I do a repair and I redownload the posts/threads that I am in. I would think setting "Don't delete any messages", would be a good starting point. But I don't want to keep older than XX days I specified.
