Re: How do I reduce the header width??

I'm using the three pane view in (clean install) SM 2.0 on (clean
install) Windows 7.

When I view a message either in my Mail account and/or my various
newsgroups on various servers, the Header portion is extra wide, showing
not only the normal Subject, From, Date and newsgroups lines, I'm also
seeing Message-ID, Path, NNPT-posting-date and User Agent lines of the
message.

I have a scroll bar which allows me to see the rest of the Header info.

How do I reduce the width(depth) of the header section, keeping the
scroll bar, so that I will be able to see more of the message.

TIA

Daniel

Thanks to all respondents..What a goose I feel!!

In the moz.gen group, I was replying to a message asking how the OP
could connect to melbpc.computers, and went to look at his full header
and found out I was already set to full headers, switching back to
normal returned the header to its normal four lines (How do I type in
one of those embarrassed smiley faces??).

Still, I'm sure at sometime in the past, someone here-abouts gave a
user.js (or something) script that would set the header to some width
and include an effective scroll bar.

I've got full headers at all times. There is an arrow that allows one
line and an easy toggle. Full headers are displayed at 8 lines, with a
scroll bar.

Actually more, though I don't want to do that. I prefer the all view,
since I can collapse it to one line easily.

Since I use Thunderbird as my news reader, I didn't know that
SeaMonkey's Mail/News still had one-line headers.

Go to Mozdev at http://www.mozdev.org/ for quick access to

more quickly than you can Mozilla Add-Ons.

You may want to set the View --- Headers to normal instead of all ??

I'm using Sailfish's Venerable Modern theme. From here, I I have an
arrow that toggles the headers from a single line to full display. Point
it down, I see all the headers with a scroll as you describe. Point it
right, and I see just Subject and From.
