What the user needs to do now is to go into the firewall settings and change it so that SM is allowed to connect to the internet, then re-enable the firewall. --- avast! Well, mine are IMAP, so the server settings will not be the same, but for what its worth, here we are: Server Type: IMAP Mail Server (of course yours should be POP mail server) Server Name: imap.gmail.com (yours should be pop.gmail.com) Username: (whatever goes before @gmail.com, not the whole address) Security Settings Connection Security: SSL/TLS Use secure authentication: *unchecked* The dialog looks a little different in SM 2.0.
