My 2.33.1 says Yay so I would guess it is a video card/driver that is the issue. Now I see this site doesn't even load in IE11, even though it says WebGL is enabled. Works here with 2.33.1 and IE11. Might be an issue with your video? I have trouble on all 3 of my PC's with cockpit view there. Lots of shimmering and breaking up with aircraft off.
