Der Bundesrat hat am 22. März 2017 das EJPD beauftragt, bei den interessierten 
Kreisen zu den Ausführungsverordnungen zum totalrevidierten Bundesgesetz vom 
18. März 2016 betreffend die Überwachung des Post- und Fernmeldeverkehrs 
(nBÜPF) ein Vernehmlassungsverfahren durchzuführen.

Die Vernehmlassung dauert vom 22. März bis am 29. Juni 2017 und die 
entsprechenden Vernehmlassungsunterlagen können über die Internetadresse 
www.admin.ch/ch/d/gg/pc/pendent.html
 bezogen werden.

Nach Ablauf der Vernehmlassungsfrist werden die eingereichten Stellungnahmen im 
Internet veröffentlicht. Wir sind bestrebt, die Dokumente im Sinne des 
Behindertengleichstellungsgesetzes (BehiG; SR 151.3) barrierefrei zu 
publizieren. Wir ersuchen Sie daher, Ihre Stellungnahmen, wenn möglich, 
elektronisch (bitte nebst einer PDF-Version auch eine Word-Version) innert der

et police (DFJP) de mener une consultation sur les projets d’ordonnances de 
mise en œuvre de la nouvelle loi fédérale du 18 mars 2016 sur la surveillance 
de la correspondance par poste et télécommunication (nLSCPT) auprès de tous les 
milieux intéressés.

La consultation dure du 22 mars au 29 juin 2017 et les projets d’ordonnances, 
les rapports explicatifs ainsi que les autres documents de la consultation

À l’issue de la consultation, les avis recueillis seront publiés sur internet.

cerchie interessate in merito alle ordinanze d’esecuzione della nuova legge 
federale del 18 marzo 2016 sulla sorveglianza della corrispondenza postale e 
del traffico delle telecomunicazioni (nLSCPT).

La consultazione si svolge dal 22 marzo al 29 giugno 2017 e i progetti di 
ordinanza, i rispettivi rapporti esplicativi e la documentazione relativa alla
