That is good since the JAWS Find in this case will search the entire virtual buffer which is probably what one wants. It’s just the modern apps that they may be behind on. This could change. The recent update is from January of this year, though, and they do not seem to support even the Mail app yet. They do support Office, at least, when I used outlook, Supernova told me about spelling corrections and such. Haven’t had time or inclination to do a thorough test. They do have U.S. based sales reps, so it might not hurt to talk to a rep and see if they can highlight anything special they do that Window-Eyes and JAWS don’t. Oh, there are a couple things. This product does include OCR, but, and they may have some scanning and reading functions. I may have some time this evening to explore a little further on that. There are some. I do have 30 days to look around, after all. However, a pair of eyes is required at the start to position the address correctly. Save a blank page in Word and call it something like, business envelope.docx. If you have a used envelope of the size you wish to use, then the sited person can measure the top and left margins so similar margins can be set in the blank document. Insert an address and print it on to the size envelope you wish to use. You'll probably have to adjust the top and left margins a few times until you get it right. Make sure you save the document with the altered margins regularly. To use, 1. just select and copy the required address from your document, 2. open a new document and load the file with the altered margins. 3. paste the address into the document and print. A different document could be set up for each envelope size you wish to use. Of course, this can be streamlined considerably if you can reccord a macro to do all the hard work. A macro I wrote quite some time ago does the following once the cursor is placed on the first line of the address to be used: Moves the cursor to the left, selects the lines of the address and copies them to the clipboard, opens a new document, loads the altered blank file, pastes the address and changes the text to upper case. I have found that each time the printer is changed, the margins need to be reset. Is there something I'm missing? Why won't the CD spin up when I insert it? Is there something else I need to do? Hi That's Wikipedia in Bulgarian language in Cyrillic writing. Kind regards, Luciano Ortelli -Ursprüngliche Nachricht- Von: Talk [mailto:talk-bounces+lortelli=bluewin...@lists.window-eyes.com] Im Auftrag von Doug Geoffray via Talk Gesendet: Dienstag, 2. Window-Eyes is sending the text to your English synthesizer but it doesn't know how to speak it so it simply ignores it. So I do not consider this a Window-Eyes issue. If you are interested in supporting pages with this language you would need to get the appropriate synthesizer. In fact, there’s no article for me to read, only a bunch of links and buttons, most of which are not read by WE (other than to say link). However, if I go to Google first, and type in Wikipedia plus what I wrote before, it will take me to the Wikipedia page I want, and it’ll be the way I want it to be. Anyone else experience this? http://bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=list+of+the+mary+ty ler+moore+show+episodesgo=Go ___ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
