Hi Larry,

In Windows 8.1 and 10, you can try the following:

On the desktop go to the Start button, press Application key and search for 
Explorer or

press the Start button and write  explorer or file explorer  Enter

or press the Windows key and write the same, Enter.

This could eventually help.
