Mine did the same thing, and then later on, I tried, but I couldn't get any farther than telling the computer yes, I wanted to make changes. I forget what that's called; oh: UAC. Anyway, after that, it took a long time to go to the next step with the welcome and the changes it will make, and do I want this or that? After I told it to go ahead and install, I got this message that I couldn't install this upgrade on my existing copy of window eyes. I have 9.2, and it said it was supposed to be able to upgrade from 8.4. I tried that twice and got the same results. It tells me I have two smas left. So, I don't know what gives. Vaughan, I just wanted to reassure you that we understand and appreciate the importance of continued improvements to Braille support in our products. I can't tell you exactly when more Braille enhancements will be made available, but what I can say is that improved Braille support is one of our top priorities now that Window-Eyes 9.3 has been released. As I have mentioned to you before, your suggestions are being reviewed and documented. And, we greatly appreciate your feedback.
