I've been using Becky email for several years. I really like it. There's a couple things you uncheck to get it to work with screen readers. There's a tutorial available. Yes ... that's my understanding of the Microsoft program called Office 365. This gives you access to all of Office both the web internet, and the Windows versions. My employer has a corporate license, which extends to my use at home, so I can't give you exact links and details, but if you query of Office 365 you should have no trouble finding it. I do believe you have to download everything, they don't give you physical discs and manuals. Don't know if you are aware, but you don't have to pay a large price up front, you can pay something like $5 a month for Office 365 and you get all of the Office programs. Since you're used to Outlook, and since AI has put so much work into making Outlook work well with WE, why not give it a try? You also get all the side benefits of calendaring, tasking, etc. I have to say, I don't know what I'd do without Outlook calendars, since I keep my and my wife's calendars mixed together, and I see them both at home on both of our pcs and at work on both of our pcs, it's really worth learning how to use Outlook calendars I believe. Hi Bob, I'm running a Windows 7 machine, and I use Eudora. It's the only email client I've ever used. I have to close Window-Eyes after loading Eudora, then open Window-Eyes in a couple minutes, in order to read whether messages are attachments, unread or sent. Otherwise, it works very well, and is very user-friendly for the Blind. I have a shortcut to the attachment folder on my desktop. One thing in Becky, with window-eyes, you can hear the progress indicator when a message goes out, and there is an "out box" which is only use for messages in transit, where under that same folder is "sent mail," where only "sent" messages are stored. The Sent folder saves messages you sent out to others; sometimes one needs to refer back to them, such as in a warranty dispute, e.g., I sent you a message about this issue on such and such a date.
