If you look at their site they talk about dragging something to use with
ie, but I never figured it out.

if you are using version 44 of fire fox this will happen you need 
version 43 to be able to use webvisum again.

After trying and trying I finally managed to get webvisum working again in 
ff by pressing twice the space bar instead of the enter key while ff 
prompted me to allow the installation.

if you are using version 44 of fire fox this will happen you need
version 43 to be able to use webvisum again.

I believe that Rumola charges $9.99 for 50 credits and each CAPTCHA solve 
costs one credit.
