Rodney why can't I use the up and down arrow keys to go from message to
message. Also if you are in the us. Or even Canada can you help fix my outlook
2016 on my home computer since it is a new one and I don't know if I call the
free Microsoft accessibility line if they can fix outlook. My contact info hme
number 7182387130 evening is the best time. You always put helpful info on the
list.

Hi Richard,
Try pressing Control-Shift-I; this should focus the inbox and get you out of
browse mode in the main Outlook window.
Also, note that you must use Control-tab or F6 to jump from the folder tree to
the message list.
Add the Shift key to go backwards, or press the above keystrokes to circle
round.
